Usage: It is used to encode the magnetic cards followed by UV printer to print the corresponding variable data onto the cards. With contactless card endoer in fron of magnetic encode, I can deal with contactless cards encoding at the same time.
Functions:
Card Feeding → Double Card Detecting → Contactless Card Encoding(Optional)→ Magnetic Encoding & Unreadable Card Rejecting → Card Flip Station (Optional) → Plasma Surface Treatment → Static Remover → UV Printing → UV or LED Dryer → OCR Printing Inspection and Rejecting (Optional) → Labeling(Optional)→ Card Collecting
