H steel structure warehouse is a kind of economic section effective profiles which allocation of cross section area is optimization and strength-to-weight ratio is more reasonable. It is also of good bending capacity, simple construction, cost saving and structure light weight, strong environmental adaptability. H steel structure widely used in large industrial plants, warehouses, and so on.

1) Length is free as client's requirement
2) Width: Single span less than 30m

1) Wind load: 0.65KN/sqm
2) Roof live load: 0.5KN/sqm
3) Earthquake intensity: 8 grade
4) Location temperatures: -25o C to 50o C

House Body:
1) Column and roof beam: H profiled steel structure, Q345 or Q235.
2) Wall Beam and roof purlin: C type steel with paint
3) Hardware: All steel structure components are jointed with bolts.
4) Wall panel: Color steel sandwich panel, the insulation could be EPS, glass wool, rock wool, or PU. Standard thickness: 50mm, 75mm, 100mm. Or color steel sheet.
5) Roof panel: Color steel corrugated sandwich panel, the insulation could be EPS, glass wool, rock wool, or PU. Standard thickness: 50mm, 75mm, 100mm. Or color steel sheet
6) Door: Entrance door could be big sliding door, rolling door, steel security door or aluminum door, interior doors could be steel frame sandwich panel door or compound wooden door.
7) Window: PVC or aluminum alloy window with screen, sliding or casement type.
8) Compression decorative parts: 0.4mm thick color steel sheet

Other option items (accessories):
1) Ceiling: PVC or aluminum ceiling for wet rooms, mineral wool ceiling board for other office, living room and other dry area.
2) Flooring: Ground tiles, PVC flooring, compound wooden floor or carpet of options.
3) Plumbing system: Indoor water supply and drainage pipes, couplings, elbows, tees etc., Chinese standard.
4) Wiring (High voltage) system: Indoor wires, sockets, switches, lamps, wire channels, distribution box, etc., Chinese standard.


Production time:
Produce 20, 000sqm house in each 30 days.

Container loading:
1) All components are finished in our factory, then loading in container.
2) Every 40ft sea container can load 100-800 Sqm house.

Independent foundation and concrete flooring:
1) Independent concrete foundation or concrete bar foundation
2) Basic material should be no less than concrete(C25)
3) Interior flooring should be 0.2mhigher than outdoor
4) Foundation bearing capacity no less than 8t/m2
5) Tolerance plainness of foundation surface ± 5mm

Installation:
1) Clients need to do foundation after the order, based on our foundation drawing.
2) After container arrives on site, unload the goods, and assemble onsite. We provide assemble drawing.
3) We provide supervisor for extra charge if need.
4) Installation efficiency: 10 workers can finish 1000sqm house in 20 days.
