FAQ Q1. How long will it take to produce?-It all depends, large quantity will need more time. Usually, the production will take about 2-3 weeks.(Exception for urgent order)
Q2. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? Does your company pass any certificates? -We are a manufacturer. we have CE, EN1176, ISO9001, ROHS and other certificates.
Q3.Can you customized the size for me? -Yes, we can.
Q4.The product is too heavy. Can you make it lighter with the same material and size? -No, we can't. But we can change the material for you to make that happen.
Q5.How many days will it take to produce and deliver?Usually it will need 20 days to produce the product. And another 15 days to deliver. But we are not the forwarding agent , we can't be sure.
