High-density foam-D30/35/45 for cushions and D-28 for back and armrest
4. Inner constructions:
A) High quality sponge in seat cushions;
B)Kiln dried solid wood internal frame and plywood, metal coil springs and fabric rubber, rust and moisture proofing treatment.
5. Packing method:
Cardboard wrapping with corner protection, middle layer with polyester, outer layer with woven plastic bag.
6. Quality Control:
(1) Before the order to be confirmed, we will check the material and color of leather/fabric which should be strictly the same as mass production.
(2) We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning.
(3) Every sofa quality will be checked and we will take photos before packing;
