Description

This machine is a necessary equipment for sheet metal offset when primed before printing or varnishing after printing of the food can, drink can, aerosol can, metal toys, general can or box. It may also be used for longitudinal partial coating or full coating.
Metal sheets are fed under under PLC and inverter control.
Rubber roller is made of oil-resist rubber or polyurethane, featured with good wearability and long service life.
Cylinder is made of fine-ground NiCrMo chilled cast iron or surface treated by WC sprayed coating, featured with long service life and high accuracy surface.
The varnishing pressure adjustment device is furnished for easy pressure control.
The machine is set up with the main scraper, cleaning device, auxiliary scraper and scraper tension mechanism.
The scraper pressure is pneumatically controlled to ensure the even and proper pressure at each end to avoid the damage to the cylinder surface.
The pusher chain is pneumatically tensioned to ensure the accurate pushing.
The registering magnetic wheel, feeding magnetic wheel, extracting magnetic wheel are furnished. The registering is of post-registering type.
To ensure the correct partial coating of the metal sheet, this machine provides the moveable side guide and multi-side guide system.
The rubber roller is connecting at shaft end by coupled gear for easy replacement of rubber rollers.
Cylinder is adjusted by pneumatic control.
Transfer roller is separately driven by frequency converter motor.
