8.High efficiency gas water separator:
which adopts the unique design of two stage gas-liquid separator, which can separate the condensed water completely, and prevent the liquid from flowing out of the gas under various air flow conditions, so as to maintain the high efficiency operation.
Working principle:
Air flow -- Compressed air from the air entrence into the cooling cooler (1) preliminary cooling, into the refrigeration system (2) comprises a refrigerator, further cooling, cooling after the compressed air through the condensed water separator (3) condesing water by automatic grainage discharge machine. Dry cooling compressed air back to the heat exchanger (1) for temperature, through the air exit freeze dryer.
Coolant flow -- Refrigerant after refrigeration compressor (6) is a high-temperature and high pressure liquid state, high temperature and high pressure liquid refrigerant after (air or water cooled) condensor cooling to be mid-temperature high pressure refrigerant, after drying filter (9) for filtering impurities, refrigerant through the capillary (10) role, into a low-temperature and low-pressure gas-liquid mixed state. Eventurally enters the elevator (2) and the hot compressed air heat exchanger, cooling work, back to the refrigeration compressor (6) for circlating working.
