Description
(I)Automatic Feeder
High-Speed feeder with 9 pieces type of gripper can cooperate with the host 6000pcs./h. The transmission chain system operate on printer structure with stable and safe rail conveyance. Both thick and thin paper can be used, and the system can also perform spot varnishing according to the product need.
(II) Controlling System
Imported Electrical accessories and PLC controller help machine run more accurately, steady and easy to operate.
 (III)Coating System
Two Group of Arranging Needle : The rubber one is for simple spot varnishing and resin one is for precise spot varnishing.
(IV)UV Lamp Dryer Conveyor
IR Drying System
The special heating wire in system won't produce sparks so that It is safer.
Reverse Coating Roller 
(a)UV Oil control adopts the latest rubber roller with gauge is no need to control by strong power.(b)By controlling the thickness of UV oil,the rubber roller can be oil free . (c).The reverse designed rotation can remove the dust on paper surface and then sink into Oil drum.(d)The pressing roller adopts single side adjustment of printer, no need to adjust to the thickness of oil.
The Adjustable UV Lamp
(a)The lamp set is composed of three tube. It can adjust the brightness with the process of paper to save energy and prolong life-span.(b)It makes the UV oil harden and become resistant to wear, and promote the glossiness of the paper surface.(c)The dryer with fast cooling system ,avoids paper curling and overlapping after varnishing and laminating.
(V)Stacker and Drying Controller
Three-sided beat paper, low noise, low breakdown , easy replacement.
