Workshop and facilities

Stamping workshop has more than 60 sets of stamping machines,such as frame type hydraulic presses with maximum punching shear of 16000KN,12000KN and mechanical presses with punching shear of 6300KN, 4000KN;there also has hanging and desktop spot welder and electrostatic spraying production line.

The building area of the stamping workshop is 18658 square meters. It has tha manufacturinG capability of the whole procedure including blanking,stamping,welding,spraying etc.Main products are automotive stamping prodcts with small and medium size.

3) New Densen's QC engineers will do on-site supervision and before EX-work quality inspection. New Densen will issue inspection reports for customers' approval before EX-work. New Densen will be responsible for its reports and every parts no matter how long sold to customers.
Q What is your payment term?
A 1) Pattern and tooling: 50% prepaid as order deposit; balance 50% paid within 10 days after samples approved.
2) Sample : 50% prepaid as order deposit; balance 50% paid within 10 days after samples approved.
3) Product: 30% prepaid as order deposit;70% paid before EX-work.

A We are a professional customized mechanical components supplier.The process could be casting,forging,machining,stamping,welding,fabrication.The material could be iron,steel,non-ferrous etc.OEM and ODM are welcome.
