Functional Description of our Digital Flatbed Printer:
Our Digital Flatbed printer can be widely used for printing on Leather, EVA, PVC, PU, Acrylic, Glass, T-shirt, Ceramic tile, Plastic, Metal, Wood, Canvas, Cotton and all kinds of Fabric. The main differences are printing size and printing speed.

1. Adopt Mutoh machine head and Epson DX5 print head which are all originally imported from Japan.
2. High definition with great color, Max resolution up to 2880dpi.
3. Great printing location, high output rate.
4. Stable with high efficiency, print speed from 6sq. M/h- 30sq. M/h.
5. Suit for bulk production, printing machine could run 20 hours each day.
6. Printer could print all colors for once.
7. Quite easy to operate, only need to know some skills of Photoshop, then you could operate the machine.
8. Ink has no pollution and is qualified with the standard of Europe.

About Printing Process:
For Leather, EVA, PVC, PU, Acrylic, Glass, Ceramic tile, Plastic, Metal, Wood, we adopt eco-solvent ink, there are 2 steps. First, before print, we need to spray coating on surface of material, there are 2 usages of coating, one is to combine ink and material firmer, another usage is to make the ink color more vivid. We can spray manually, or by machine.
Second, print.

For fabric printing, we adopt fabric ink which is different from eco-solvent ink. We don`t need spray coating, just print directly.

Quality control:
1.Machine parts suppliers have been strictly examined and verified.
2.Every part on our machine should be tested thousand times
3.Before the machine ship to our customers, our QC must check the machine more than 3 times
4.We create a file for each machine for certain time and we will get feedback from clients

Delivery:
We are professional manufacturer, there are three production lines exist in our factory,
That's why we could deliver goods on time, normally when we have machine in stock, we could deliver within 3 days, if we need to produce it, we could finished it within 15 days.

Packing:
All of our machines exported to overseas market are packed by fully sealed wooden case.
That's for the safety of goods.

After sale service:
1.15 months warranty (Ink-Supply System not included), each machine has one year warranty which means we will change any parts(Except ink-supply system parts like print head) for free within 1 year, and after 1 year we sell parts to clients with favorable price.

2.We could dispatch engineer to your country to install the machine and help you with training the operator as well as teach you a lot of skills about machine maintenance.

3.Excellent after sale service, all of our engineers have enough experience in this filed, the only thing you need to tell is what's wrong with the machine, they will give you solution as soon as possible, and they are patient to do anything for our clients, because their bonus depend on your satisfaction.
