A: We offer 2 or 3 years warranty differ from your requires and target market.
Q: How do you ensure the quality?
A: We get three QC processes: 1. For raw materials; 2. During the half of production; 3. Final QC test one by one after aging 12 hours.
Q: Do you offer free sample?
A: Of course, if the sample is common style,we provide free sample without shipment.
If the sample you want is uncommon style, you have to pay for making samples. Samples charge will refund after placed order.
Q: MOQ for color box with customer logo and delivery time?
A: MOQ: 2000 PCS can make customers logo on color box for free charge and delivery time normally 10-25 days depends on quantity.

A: For small order, express will be the best. And for bulk order, sea ship away is best but take much time. For urgent orders, we suggest via air to airport.

A: Generally 5-7 days for samples making. The leading time of mass production will depend on the quantity, normally 20-35 days.
