Main feature of impregnation line 1. Active unwinding and automatic splicing system. It uses tower type unwinding. When one paper roll is over, a second paper roll will be increased speed to the present production speed to stick with the old paper rolls. It can overcome the inertia effects on the paper. Active unwinding paper can not change the knit structure of the paper in high production speed. The passive turning unwinder is adopted to ensure one person can splice the paper under the speed of 50m/min.
2.The metering roller for first impregnation machine is with high precision, it can keep the straightness accuracy less than 0.003mm. The glue tank can be heated and cooled down for keeping the glue in fixed temperature. The back penetration and the breathing unit can ensure the penetrating ability and tension of paper without wrinkling.
3.Oven is suction-type, air intakes are four corner of chamber, then the air running as diagonal line. Unsymmetrical nozzles bring good effect of drying and increase the paper tension. The third generation oven has good performance of sealing, the use of full welding manufacturing, energy losses small. And to increase the humidity sensors can be linear control of exhaust air, to maximize equipment energy efficiency.
4. Gravure coating roller is to ensure the even of glue coating onto the paper.
5. There are two kinds of sheeter. One is electric sheet which is controlled by servo motor. It is automatically adjust synchronous to the working line, precision is in +2mm; another is rotary sheeter which can work synchronously with paper under high speed mode. It makes the paper cutting more smoothly with higher precision and lower noise. The rotary sheeter uses three sets of servo to ensure the cutting precision and a slow round, paper, no matter at what speed run, when stacking velocity is stable to make the stack more tidy.

Advantages of plastic spraying: the exterior coating is heated under 200ºC, melting on the steel plate, so that it not only possesses high hardness, but also not prone to be damaged and is easier to be cleaned. This coating is better because in the process of using, the plate will stick some glue, which is corrosive to it.
- All the machines has high accuracy as when they are manufactured, single-pieces will be made firstly, and assemble them through screws on site. So if the manufacture accuracy and process will required high level, otherwise it can not be installed on site. This structure is also very convenient for maintenance and repair, as the assembling and repairing process is similar.
- RS485 and Analog control is adopted to make the whole line with a high control precision and convenient for maintenance and low paper broken ratio.
9. Heat recycling system can clear the exhaust air and use it to preheat the fresh air to save the energy.
