Soy contains many types of isoflavones, Daidzin, Glycitin, Genistin, Daidzein, Glycitein, Genistein, but the most beneficial are genistein and daidzein. The highest amounts of soy isoflavones can be found in soy nuts and tempeh. Another natural source of isoflavones is red clover.
